To start off with, let me tell you that in general, from what I found, tea is healthy for you. It is not high in calories, and it is good for your sinuses and throat. However, depending on what you put in it, you could be making it more unhealthy. Try avoiding putting things like honey in your tea to make it healthier. The only thing really bad about drinking tea all the time is if you are not careful and you don’t brush your teeth multiple times per day, it could stain your teeth an ugly brown after a while.
